If you have lost a personal item in Palermo, here's what you should do:

• Lost and Found Office of the Municipality of Palermo: If you cannot find your item, contact the Lost and Found Office of the Municipality of Palermo at the numbers 091 7403574, 091 7403525 or 091 7403530. You can also visit the office located at Via Roma 209, Palermo.
• File a report: If your item is valuable or if you suspect it has been stolen, go to the nearest police station to file a report.

For informations, contact the phone number 091/350208 active from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Informations will be available starting 24 hours after the item is lost; the item will be kept by a designated person and will be available to the rightful owner who requests it, providing all information to identify it.

Every item found on the bus and in the company's premises is sent to the offices at Via Roccazzo, 77, 90135 Palermo PA.

Every item found on the tram is sent to the offices at Via Castellana, 90135 Palermo PA.

LOST ITEMS IN AIRPORTS

If you have lost an item in Palermo airports, follow the lost property instructions available at the airports.
